Most of my friends are single or already married so I'm not expecting any holiday proposal news!

I think my SIL might get engaged over Christmas. They have been together for 4 years and they graduated form college last year. I thought maybe fore her birthday last month, but she got a Pandora bracelet instead:/
My older sister is in Jamaca with her BF right now, so that could be an engagement. I know she is waiting on one, but I am not sure how close he is to giving one.

My girlfriend told me over the phone this afternoon she is about 5 weeks pregnant with her 2nd! So happy for her. Took her over a year of trying with the first, and this time, first month!

I think my family is hoping I will be announcing I'm preg! But they are going to have to wait a couple years for that I think!

My BIL is proposing to my SIL tomorrow I THINK. Or he might wait til Christmas. The ring is here at my house....so hard to keep it a secret!!

I can't think of any right now, but that's always so exciting. My sister got engaged at Christmas 4 years ago.

My little sister is definitely getting engaged in Dec-- her boyfriend planned a surprise engagement party so we all know it before she does! And two of our friends are very close to engaged-- last time I saw the girlfriend, she told me 'he better propose' by the new year (in a joking but serious way). So I think that will happen in the next month or so and I can't wait-- they met at our wedding!
BFPs... well, I will be making an announcement at some point. So many of our friends or having babies I might actually be surprised if someone doesn't announce between now and Feb when we announce it. It's seriously baby boom among our friends (which makes sense, since we've been to over a dozen weddings in the last few years).

We announced to DH's family that we're expecting! It was during dessert at Thanksgiving dinner
they were very surprised and thrilled!! We'd always told people very non-committal stuff like "eh, a few years from now." or "well, we're working on *insert home remodel, career, etc." so no one was on bump watch!His sister did ask when we were going to make her an aunt but my husband was just like "eh."
Hahaha the surprise of it was so fun!

My BFF got engaged during the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend and that was REALLY exciting!!! I also get to be her maid of honour.

Yesterday I heard 3 pregnancy announcements and an engagement--I didn't realize Thanksgiving was such a festive time for things like this!
