I only created a facebook account to do some testing for the hellobee facebook account, so I don't have any friends. All the people who are sending me friend requests must think that I'm just ignoring them! I even got a request from my mom a while back, and then today an ex!

I'm friends with my mom and fil. Dad and mil aren't on it. I'm friends with all but one ex. But I'm friends with them in real life.

I'm friends with my mom but my dad doesn't even know what FB is...lol. I am friends with one ex from high school - I graduated almost 20 years ago, so he is way in history. I'm not friends with more recent exes - though friends with some of our mutual friends of one. My DH is friends with several of his exes, which is funny. I'm friends with one of his exes too

Yes. I try to make my rule of thumb that if I were uncomfortable with anyone seeing something, I shouldn't be putting it up anyway.

My psychotic ex is blocked, but I'm friends with other exes that were more casual, silly boyfriends.
Just my mom and MIL are on Facebook, and I'm friends with both of them. I don't have anything to hide, and they're both accepting and cool.

One of my exes is my best friend, so I'm definitely friends with him. I'm friends with my mom, but my dad and step-dad aren't on facebook. And I'm friends with my fil, but I block most of my stuff to him. Not that I'm doing anything I wouldn't want him seeing, but he's retired so he spends most of his day fiddling around on it, and then constantly talks about all the stuff he's seeing people doing on facebook. I don't really want to be gossiped about amongst the family.

I only joined FB after I got engaged to DH and I've only had one Ex send me a friend request which I denied. I wrote him a nice message though explaining why I was denying his request and wished him well. He was really nice about it understood it wasn't personal.
I'm friends with all of our family members and I think it's totally fine since I don't post anything too personal. Just a few select pictures from the weekend and about once a month a funny status update.
