DH has something planned for us and told me not to get anything for him, but I'm going to buy some godiva chocolates and some new skincare products for him.
I was thinking about buying him a new ipod cuz he shattered the screen on his, but I'm going to save that for another occasion.

DH is leaving on Thursday for the weekend so he won't be home for Vday but I think I'll get him some of his fav candy and new good quality headphones (I kind of skimped on Xmas considering what he got me and his bday isn't until the fall) and give it to him on Wednesday.

I stockpile gifts for DH, family, friends. I think I'm going to give him a hot dog roller for the grill and a Reese's peanut butter heart. I have a few shirts and a print for Father's Day and birthday in August.

I booked a sitter for Saturday night so I will plan something for us to do. I will probably get him a card and something small as well.

A card! We don't really celebrate this holiday so a card is the norm for us. We still go out and eat, but at a place that's not fancy at all and keep it low key. We went to Furr's family buffet last year. hahaha! Yay for cheap and quick seating!

We don't really celebrate but we always cook dinner at home together and make chocolate souffle. This year, DH said he found something small that he thinks I would like (less than $10). I recently bought a new bottle of whiskey for our liquor cabinet so I'm going to "surprise" him with a new cocktail (that involves bacon!) after dinner.
I did a bacon rose bouquet last year which went over well but it was kind of a pain to make it.

We're getting each other new windows
Every year, I make him his new photo calendar. So that's what he's getting this year again! And we really are getting new windows on Friday! Here's hoping the heating bill drops because of it!

I got hubby a cover for his new phone which he already has, so the only other thing he'll be getting is a card. And maybe a baby if this little one decides to come!

Nope! We never celebrate it. He's one of those "it's a manufactured holiday to celebrate something you should be celebrating every day" people. I don't care one way or the other.

I got him some personalized collar stays. We never do gifts but I always get flowers so I got him something small this year. We are then cooking dinner at home.

Yup. He got a THREE watches at Christmas this year and he's out of space in his watch case so I bought him a nice big case that can hold 20 watches so he has space to continue to grow his collection. I also set up a babysitter and made reservations at his favorite restaurant.

We don't really celebrate v-day; he usually cooks a nice meal & gets me flowers while I don't get him anything haha. But we're going away this weekend (no for v-day) so I told him not to even get me flowers.

I need to think of something! I still haven't even picked up a card. We're treating ourselves to a 5 day weekend in Mexico and leave on Saturday so that's our big gift to each other but he didn't really do anything for me for V-day last year and I might have been a little overly emotional (and pregnant!) and cried about that fact so I know he'll do something and I really need to reciprocate! Yikes. Must think and go shopping ASAP.

@Adira: Last year, DH forgot Christmas, birthday, and Mother's Day gifts for me. It sucked. He's horrible at remembering stuff. At least, I got a mother's ring eventually last year. It made up for the missed holidays.

I got my husband pants from the thrift store. ALL the pants in his size that looked decent. He is the world's worst shopper so this is a gift for both of us. I was so excited about it I gave them to him yesterday. He was thrilled to avoid shopping.
His birthday is right after Valentine's day and I'll get him something nicer then.

We were adamant that we were doing no presents this year, but then DH decided he wanted to get me our stroller. Then his computer died so we got him a new one. So those are our VDay presents!

We usually do something small. Card, etc. Nothing major, no flowers. We talked about it the other night, I would rather get flowers another day or a present, rather then being told I had to on Friday!
