@Mamaof2: our friends have a friend that lives there, so we are staying at his house. Free! So DH and I are like we have to go!

Just got back from an awesome week at my best bud's house in DC. Going to Colorado next week to ski, and then to Mardi Gras in NOLA in Feb! In the process of building our kid ladder seat now. Going to visit the family in the Midwest sometime in October.

@Mamaof2: the guy is moving back to the states in April, so now or never. DH has Delta points, and my parents said they can take off work and watch LO, so why not!?

We're spending a week at a cottage with my family in June, kicking around going to Napa in May for a long weekend but that one is still up in the air

Not a big vacation but exciting nonetheless. In the beginning of March DH and I are going alone to an all-inclusive for four days Playa del Carmen. We were trying to plan a trip to Sweden in May for a friends wedding, but it looks like maybe DH is going to go alone.

Yes, but none of them are vacations we chose ourselves! We have a big (and really expensive) destination to attend in Dominican Republic. The resort is going to cost us more than our honeymoon did, but my DH is the best man and already accepted. I'm also going to be 7 months pregnant, so no drinking or anything. BOOO And LO can't go. DOUBLE BOO

We have another mini vaca destination to another friend's wedding on the west coast (LO also isn't going) in March and then a big family beach vacation at the Outer Banks in July.

That's all the first half of 2015. I guess after LO #2 arrives in August, we will be hunkered down at home for the rest of 2015.

I've travelled australia to canada with my son twice this year and that has been PLENTY. We will go to Bali from Oz for 2 weeks in July and then I want to stay put in sydney til my son is 18!!! Long haul travel is no joke.

Hawaii! With the babe when they are about 8 months. Possibly San Fransisco this summer.

Yes, we usually take a fun trip once a year. We'll probably spend a week in SF during the fall to visit family. We took a lot of mini trips last year for weddings. Hoping to do more fun local things this year.

No plans yet. We're thinking about going somewhere this summer, but I have absolutely no idea when my summer break is! It's ridiculous!

Whistler, NYC ( oh and Disneyworld shhh don't tell LO and DH-that's a surprise) and then I'm going to Maryland and another trip to DC for work.
