Charlie is dressing up as Elmo because I got a free Elmo costume. Last year he was the Pillsbury Dough Boy and though he was only 10 months old at the time, he loved holding onto his little jack o lantern and trick or treating.

Not this year (we don't have kids yet) but it is our first year in a house in a cute neighborhood so I am really excited to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters!

We're trick or treating this afternoon at the downtown businesses. That's where all the kids will be. Safer and less walking

Our baby is 10 months old and is dressing up as a cow. We'll be trick-or-treating with our neighbor (who has a 7 month old)...just for a short time. It'll be fun to just see him dress up and hold his jack-o-lantern basket.

Mavrick will be dressed up as Robin (as in Batman & Robin) and the hubs as the Disney Channel Jake and the Neverland pirate Piratebecause HE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE HIM!!! lol

Yeah, I'm taking my daughter out for a little while to see how she likes it. She's being a pirate. We'll see how it goes.

No trick-or-treating for us yet, but we will both be rushing home to dress up the furbabies and pass out treats before sundown to the neighborhood kiddos!

I'll be stopping by the hubby's work and one aunts house with the LO to hang out and that's it. Since the hubby is working this year, I want to save the trick or treating for next year that way we can both be a part of the baby's first time. At 6 months old it's not like he would be missing out on a ton of fun anyway.

Trick-or-treating has been cancelled in our town and postponed till Thursday due to this past weekend's Noreaster, half of the town will be without power till then (my house included!) Not sure if the bowl of candy sitting on my dining room table will last that long!

yes! i can't wait. this year she's old enough to enjoy it. she's 18 months and will go as a monarch butterfly. we'll probably only go up and down our street instead of the whole neighborhood.

Yep! We're going as a witch (me), Jason Voorhees/Friday the 13th (my SO), Superman (3 y/o) and Ghostface/Scream(11 y/o).
