I don't use the same passwords for all of my accounts (for security reasons) but I end up forgetting which one I used for which account! So I always end up resetting my password. I really should keep all of my passwords in one central location.

I use some variation of the same password even though it's not recommended.
So if my basic password is "password" sometimes I add a number to the end or capitalize the first or last letter. I save some of my passwords in Gmail but cryptic. So if my password for Student Loan #1 is passworD7 then I save it as p*****D7 since I know what the middle will be.

No. I have a folder marked 'passwords' saved in my outlook and on my phone. You need a password for everything nowadays and the requirements vary so widely that there is just no way I would be able to remember all fo them.

Mine are all either the same or a variation of it. Between bank accounts, etc & work it can get hard to remember!

I use Last Pass which is super helpful (it fills in username and password for you on sites you specify) but I also use variations of a few for the things I access regularly and from lots of devices.
