For a long time, I would just say "yes" to going out for coffee when people asked. (People love to ask you out to coffee in my industry, dunno why.) Anyway I found that people are often late so I usually pay for my own coffee, and then they don't followup afterward with an email. It truly amazes me!

So anyway, now I am a lot faster to say no to coffees... what a waste of time! I thought I was getting better at saying no in general... but I asked Mrs. Bee, and she said that I still say yes a lot. Ugh I guess it's time to get tougher!
