Today was a lot of fun! We took the LO for a haircut since her bday party is next week, did some errands, had a picnic, and then just got done with a play date. DH is putting her to bed now and then we'll have a relaxing evening. How about you?

YES! We got some good loot from our neighborhood yard sale. A bunch of nice toys for $.50 each. We also got the Baby Einstein Neptune Ocean activity mat in perfect shape for $7. Then we went to the hardware store to pick up the correct color paint for the nursery. Got back home, Hops moved the treadmill out of the nursery and painted the accent wall! Such a great day. I did some cleaning and laundry and organizing. Tomorrow I have to get down and do some real cleaning which I'm really not looking forward to at all.

Yes, last night I went to a concert and today I spent 2 hours on the beach. I'm about to go for a run. Its been a nice, relaxing weekend so far!

Yes, I went to a lovely baby shower today and had a great time. Tonight my mom is coming over cos my hubs went out for Boys Night.

the playdate was pretty fun. there is the usual constant fighting over toys and then the subsequent parental intervention....but it was late enough in the afternoon that i opened a bottle of wine so that made it more fun!

I am! Went to Costco right when it opened to avoid the Saturday rush. Enjoyed lots of samples and bought LO some new clothes. She is napping and I am just relaxing...until I start our laundry!

It's been good, and busy. Today we took LO for her first dip in the pool. She liked it more than I thought she would because she's still not a huge fan of bath time. Then we went to an arts and crafts show.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow because we're going to a BBQ with a Jewish organization, excited to meet some local moms!
