I hate to say it, but I think my days of napping are over. My body has adjusted to 6-8 hours of sleep. I can't nap without waking up more tired/groggier than before the nap!

It depends on the length of the nap. Anything under an hour is good, but if I go longer than that I get groggy and I can't sleep later that night.

Like @evansjamie: , it depends on how long the nap is. But I'm the opposite of her. Longer naps are better for me. Shorter naps make me grumpy.

More tired. I hate napping I always wake up groggy and feeling disgusting, which sucked the first trimester of my pregnancy because I HAD to nap, but then I woke up feeling worse lol!

I wake up groggy and it takes me longer to get alert then it does when I wake up in the morning.

Depends... if I sleep for just half an hour I usually feel refreshed. If I sleep longer, I wake up groggy.

Pretty groggy at first but after 5 minutes I feel refreshed. I love naps!
