I totally am because that's how I grew up. My family went camping almost every weekend because my dad was obsessed with it. I am not a girly girl at all, and I'm pretty much not afraid of anything!
Are you outdoorsy?

I am to a certain degree. My husband is VERY outdoorsy-Eagle Scout, camps, hunts, fishes. I don't mind all that, but I'm not pitching a tent all the time either!

I grew up camping, and to be honest I really enjoy camping, but I'm totally not outdoorsy. Camping has to be a novelty, just once in a while. DH calls me an "indoor girl". That's a bit of an exaggeration, but I don't really do the outdoorsy thing all the time.

I totally am - but most people probably wouldn't guess it. I grew up in a very small town and would go fishing regularly with my brother for fun. We rode around on ATVs and snowmobiles and went camping all the time. I am now more of a "city" girl but I feel right at home when we go camping or do anything outdoorsy You know what they say. "You can take the girl out of the country.."

My idea of camping is in a hotel room. lol...just kidding, but I really prefer to not be out in the wilderness.

Yes! We can't wait to take LO camping when she's old enough. We used to take week long backpacking trips in the high Sierras. after camping/backpacking, that first shower is heavenly!

Yes! I love being outdoors ever since I met my DH. He got me liking the outdoors. He's always hunting, fishing, camping, four-wheeling, etc..

hehehe. we like to camp, more that i like to camp and DH is learning =D we got married at a summer camp for at risk youth and spend our wedding night in a camp cabin in the middle of nowhere. i guess that makes me kind of outdoorsy, but not like i'm gonna kill animals myself and eat them in a lean to i made out of fallen trees and mud kind of outdoorsy.

@mrs. bird: exactly!
Not at all. I've never been camping and get nervous in the country.

@mrs. bird: lol. That pic just about sums it up for me!
Nah, I have done outdoorsy stuff like getting my scuba diving certification. I am a fan of the ocean, not so much of dirt so that rules out camping.

Yes, very much so! I would rather be out hiking than anywhere else. This is from the day after Christmas in Sedona:

only a little. i like hiking/jogging for the scenery and fresh air, but i don't like camping. i used to be big on snowboarding, but haven't gone in a few years because it's such a trek. i get cold easily too, so being inside is nice.

I don't love camping but DH does so I go along with him a few times a year. My motto is less than three stars is camping. I am, however totally fine mucking out a horses stall and doing barn chores. I would do that in a second.

Nope, not one bit! I like my indoor luxuries! I haven't been camping in 10+ years since college, it was fun back then with all my friends getting drunk, but I'm not interested in roughing it anymore!

Yes and no. I do love love love camping, so much that DH proposed to me on a camping trip because it's one of my favorite things to do. But I hate bugs
