Maybe if we do a photoshoot before Christmas, we'll send a picture email card. Less work!

We have in the past consisting of our dog (yes, we were that couple!) this year it'll be a family photo.

I secretly hate the photo cards simply because they aren't personal, and lots of times aren't even signed, but I TOTALLY get the convenience of them.

Last year was our first photo holiday card inspired by a picture on Pinterest and we really liked it! We'll do another one this year probably, and hopefully we'll be preggo so it can be an even more reason to do so!

Last year we did a Happy New Year's photo card with our a pic from our holiday family photo shoot. Will probably do a Christmas photo card this year.

Yes, it was a family tradition in my family. We have a wall of pics that start when I was almost a year old and go all the way to my wedding last year.
We take one with us and our dog. : )

Not sure yet. Some years we do, others we just go the email route. Depends if we make it back to the States in time, otherwise I don't want to deal with the postage.

We did one last year because we didn't go home. We might not go home this year, so we might do another family Christmas photo.

It's my one thing that I do. Nothing like a handwritten note at the holidays to let someone know you are thinking about them :). I also use it to highlight my best photography of the year.

Yep. We'll probably do what we did last year and put together an assortment of a few vacation photos from the year, and ones of the pets. Shows more of what we've been up to, and prevents us from having to do a whole photo shoot. And no, we will NEVER have shame about sending out a childless, pet-filled Christmas card. There are many different kinds of families.
