Nope, I started crossfit again (finally! Almost 9 months pp) on Monday and I'm still SO sore! I am trying to complete the homework my coach gave me though: 500 air squats by next Monday.

I did. We instituted a lunch workout at my job so I've been working out almost every day since last Monday. Today we set up stations and did 3 sets of different exercises. I also did some squats as part of a squat challenge.

Yep! I did my first ever spin class. I almost died! Spinning for an hour is NO JOKE!!

Yepp! Did a spin class this morning and walked 2 miles with the kids this afternoon.

I did internal training this morning! Tomorrow and Saturday are my days off. We're going for a long walk Saturday though

Yup! Did my "strictly strength" class today! Squats with weights, abs/core - basically a total body intense class. I do this to tone me up, and do spin 2x a week, though I may up that to 3x a week next week. Burns so many more calories than the treadmill and so much fun, too!!

I did a squat challenge, a squat + abs challenge, 25 of the squat and press things, and 50 jumping jacks. It was supposed to be a shred day, but I got almost no sleep last night and just didn't have it in me.

I had a dance party and did some squats with an angry teething baby. But I've already run twice this week, which is a big improvement over recent weeks, so I'm pleased.

I went to my Xtend Barre class, and then felt the need to spill my (very new) news to the instructor in case there needed to be any modifications to the workout. So excited I have some good patterns of working out now so that I can keep it up!

I seriously wish I had worked out today I feel so guilty. I can always do a double-header tomorrow though. There was not enough coffee in the world today.
