It's Columbus Day in the us. You'd think living in columbus more people would have today off, but my dh doesn't! I sah so holidays don't so much matter.

Nope, I'll be working! I think a lot of areas have decided they don't like "Columbus Day" and have either renamed it or stopped giving the day off. I haven't had it off since high school!

I'm so confused! Here the schools are open, the Dr. offices are open since my daughters have appointments and so is my office. I have a bunch of packages to mail I wonder if the post office is open.

No work or daycare for any of us. We had big plans for the day to do some much needed yardwork and cleaning, but we turned on the heat this morning and a pipe burst!!! The plumber is here and Wagon Sr. is downstairs shop vaccing out hundreds of gallons of water. The whole day is hosed.
