My toes are. I can't keep my nails painted. I do such a bad job I just end up removing it. I can't see my toes as well so I don't mind them haha.
If anyone has any advice for me about how to find a balance between streaky and globby nail polish please help. Haha!!

@danizaur OPI is my jam, just get a new one when it gets clumpy. It's kind of expensive like $10 a bottle, but so worth it.

@Amurray: I bought a brand new bottle of polish and still have the same problem.
I either have too little polish and it streaks, or too much and it globs and bubbles. I think it's me.
I haven't tried OPI though!!

My toes are painted, but I very rarely paint my fingernails. I just can't keep it looking nice. I might try gel color because I really like fun nails.

Ha, I'm painting my toenails right now (well, letting them dry while I peruse Hellobee :)). I never paint my nails because I always seem to chip the polish within minutes.

Toenails are pink but desperately need to be redone and my finger nails are "never too grey" gel polish.. whiiiiich also need to be redone lol. LO has been sick so I've had zero time to myself. Add washing my hair to the list of things that are over due!

Yep! My toes too! I actually do my own gel manicures at home and they typically last 2 weeks, this is from Aug 4th, will probably re do them on Subday

@mrswin: Do you use the light box thing? I have one I bought last year, with polish and everything, but i haven't made the time to actually sit down and do my own mani.

@looch: I have this one from Sephora http://www.sephora.com/gelshine-at-home-gel-colour-system-P374809?skuId=1434554 which has an LED light. The kit comes with everything you need and once you get the hang of it its super easy and cheap!
I don't bother using the gel for pedis, I like to change the polish more frequently...

My fingernails aren't; they chip so easily! My toes are a mint apple green. Might go get a pedi during lunch and probably going with a coral!

I rarely have my fingernails painted though, only because the regular polish lasts two days max before I get a chip.
My toes are painted, I love the color, but I can not for the life of me recall the shade. It's nude.

Toenails: OPI-?? I can't remember, but they're a coral pink.I didn't get gel this time, and they chipped the next day. When I get a gel manicure it last me about 9 days. But for $32!?!?

I got the kit as a Christmas gift and have probably spent another $50 on additional supplies/polish but doing my own manis has saved at least $600 since January ($40 per visit x 13-14 manis)

Mine always are. My toes are a hot pink colour (Julep but I can't remember the name) and my fingers are a coral colour (OPI).
