After I post this I promise to start being thankful instead. Today I am annoyed by:

1) Man who leaves a really long message and mumbles his name/contact info. I can make out the phone number but not the name or what he wants...it's really awkward to call a number and not know who you want to speak to! So I don't usually call those people back.

2) Man who calls and leaves a message when I'm at lunch, 11:45am or so. Calls again around 1pm while I'm on the phone w/a customer and tells my co-worker he is still waiting on a call back. Seriously, it's not life or death, you're not the only person in the world, it has barely been an hour and I don't have to call you back the minute I sit down at my desk! (p.s. when they call multiple times, I usually wait extra long to call back)

3) Lady who calls and asks endless basic questions about who we are/what we do, all of which can be answered by the briefest glance at our web site. I recommend checking it out for general info (while still answering her questions) and she says she doesn't have time because she's at work...but she has 10+ minutes to keep me on the phone asking question after question after question, all of them repetitive and making my brain rot.

We're leaving an hour early today but at this rate I may not make it! Anyone else having a looooong or stabby day?
