I look at my old baby and kid photos and in all of the formal photos, even at age 2, I'm wearing little necklaces! (Real chain and pendant) I can't imagine getting my child to wear a real necklace right now. I'm guessing she removed it after the photos?

We did lol! We actually wore necklaces and earrings 24/7...which is why all of it got lost.

I did once - it was a horrible multicoloured plastic thing that I took with me to school on picture day and added to my ensemble without mom knowing...till the proofs came back! 
I was wearing a really pretty dress that day too.

@tinyperson: haha omg I did the EXACT same thing! I remember my teacher being like, "are you sure your mom wouldn't be upset?" She was.
