Not drastically. We still go by his afternoon nap. Most days he naps roughly from 1-3, and I usually aim to have him in bed 4.5 hours after his nap ends, so roughly 7:30. But we're flexible. Tonight he wasn't in bed until 8:30, due to a late nap b/c of the time change. He generally sleeps 11-11.5 hours, so usually up around 7.

My LO's bed time has changed a few times, and I go by his cues. If I notice that it's difficult for him to fall asleep (maybe an hour or two to fall asleep), then I might push his bed time later.

not really..? M stopped napping a couple weeks ago so she's out by 6:15ish. Wakes up past 7am (gets 13-14 hours a night).
when she used to nap, she'd go to bed at 7:30-8pm.

My friend's baby used to always go to bed by 7pm, but as she got older (around the 18 month mark) she started going to bed around 7:30-7:45pm. That way she wouldn't wake up at 5:30am (which i think she had been doing until they adjusted her bedtime).

DS is 18 months and his bedtime is a little later now. He used to go to bed at 7:00 each night. Now, it's closer to 8:00 or 8:30.

Thanks for asking this! LO is now 15 months and we have pushed bedtime back a little closer to 7:30 than 6:45/7 that she was doing before. I was wondering what others are doing. We are still having really early wakeups (like before 6), so I am considering more tinkering!

We've been pushing back 30 min a year for DD since around 2 yr. It was 7:30, then 8, now 8:30 at age 4. It wasn't on purpose, she just was able to stay up later and not sleepy. I don't anticipate it getting any later, though, at least not for a while .

My LO used to be a sleeping and napping champ...she had a 5:30 bedtime for the longest time...then around her first birthday we went through nap transition hell...and then we finally found a nap schedule that worked for her (only taking 2 naps) with a pretty early bedtime (6:00ish)...then around 15 months she transitioned to one nap and a later bedtime. At 16 months she naps from around 1:00-3:00/3:30 and her bedtime is 7:00ish (sometimes closer to 6:30 if she didn't nap long).
