This solid/finger food thing is killing me!
I've given her quite a bit but there are still a lot of things that we eat that I don't think she should have yet. For example I made fish tacos with cod the other day, is white fish ok? We eat a lot of salmon too. Last night I made a stir-fry and it was a little spicy, I'm not sure if those things are ok.

So far she's had -

Ground Hamburger - she stole a piece of Daddy's burger
