B is obsessed with shoes and putting shoes on his feet or my shoes on my feet or DH's shoes on his feet. He gets close but he can't 100% put shoes on anyones feet. How old was your LO when they mastered this skill? LO is 22 months.

I don't know yet - LO is only 16 months - but she is also obsessed with shoes. She picks them up (but must pick up the matching pair) and carries them around with her everywhere and tries to put DH's slippers on my feet in the morning. She tries to put her socks on (not successfully), but hasn't tried to put her shoes on.

@tinyperson: OMG the obsession.. he yells "shoes" and grabs a pair, will sit down and then yell "socks" and grab socks. And then he will sit there for 20 minutes and try and put socks and shoes on.

Gosh I honestly cant remember when it exactly happened but she just turned 3 and she is a pro at putting on her sneakers with Velcro and her boots that zip!

My son is 3 years 3 months and he can put his shoes on. He can't quite do his socks yet.

Mine just turned 3 and he's hit or miss with socks, and can do some shoes and not others.
