this makes me so sad! Babies are only babies for such a short time. I say when they ....get out of diapers? I know, I know that's pushing it but whenever I see a little one I consider them: a baby!

I always thought it was at the one year mark? Like 0-1=infat, 1-3=toddler, 3-5=preschooler, etc...

I think after 12 months you can consider your child a toddler.

I think at 12 months. My lo is 14 months and not walking yet but she doesn't seem like a baby anymore. She's losing her baby chubs, she has her own opinions now, she seems so grown up and can imitate us and do so many things that she couldn't when she was a baby. Except walk.

Although, Toddler Girl was still crawling at a year, and to me she still felt like a baby.

DD didn't walk until almost 13 months

Oh this makes me sad... DD is starting to walk and thinking of her as a "toddler" sounds crazy! This first year is going by way too fast
