I definitely respond to email before voice mail. I hate phones. ugh!

I try to always answer my phone, but if they do leave a message for some reason I usually listen to the message and then decide when to get back to them. easy stuff is the next day and harder stuff I wait until the following week. LOL.

Email I take an hour or so to respond as long as I know the answer. Otherwise, I email back when I've found the answer they're looking for.

Voicemail. I check my personal e-mail all the time but I forget to check my work e-mail because I don't get too many e-mails here.

Email, its sooo much faster. I hate when I get a call, then email in succession from the same person. If he is relying on an email response coming quicker than returning voice mail, why call first?

Email first. Any voicemails that I get are from clients who more than likely aren’t in the office yet. Sometimes I’ll send a reply email regardless of the type of message, though. If they had a quick question and it’s easier for me to just throw it in email so that I can forget about it, that’s what I’ll do. If they so desperately need to speak with me, they can call me back.

Definitely email. I think it's kind of a generational thing, too... @Pepper: I DESPISE these people. I have one lady who ALWAYS emails me, then calls me just to "follow-up to make sure I got her email." Blah. Hahaha, can you tell it's Monday?

I listen to my voicemails first while my computer is starting then I reply to emails then do voicemails. I too hate calling people

Email.... I bothers me when people leave voicemails that say "Hello , its so and so ..call me back" . I have call display.. unless there is an "issue" or a reason you are calling.. dont leave a voicemail just stating who you are. I will call you back regardless (if I want..hehe)

Email. It's just quicker to reply to most times.

Emails because they're easier to address.

Another phone-hater here. I will always prefer email over phone contact.
