I'm thinking of planning a trip for DH, LO and I to visit Atlanta, he's always wanted to see the Aquarium. Where else should we go, what should we see? LO will be 8 months when we (hopefullly) go.
Any suggestions?

The aquarium is awesome. I have been multiple times and it is always a good time. The Coke Museum next to the Aquarium is fun. I haven't been yet but I hear the zoo is good. Of course it depends on what time of the year you are going. I wouldn't go to the zoo in the summer, way too hot. Piedmont Park is really pretty, if you want some place to just walk around. What area are going to stay in? What kind of activities do y'all like? Restaurants?

I echo @ Smurfette's suggestions (I haven't been to the zoo either), and also to ask what area you are planning to stay in.
There really are tons of great things . . . you might also consider the Botanical Gardens and the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.
