I have 3 credits to audible that i need to redeem ASAP so I can cancel my membership, so I need some recs for books to get. I think I'm going to get The Martian, so I need two more options.
Audio books feel different than regular, so bonus points if you've actually listened to the book!

Do you like mysteries? Tana French, Alain Bradley, Louise Penny, Jusse Adler-Olsen and JK Rowling's audiobook mysteries are all great, good stories and narrators.
I'm not normally a zombie fan but The Girl with all the Gifts was a great listen.
The Brief and Wonderous Life of Oscar Wao was a good listen.
Tell the Wolves I'm home is one of my favorites.

Forgot to say I did listen to all of them- the narrators were all ok and the stories were the kind you could follow by listening.

I also enjoyed listening to All the Light We Cannot See and The Secret History, and the Lianne Moriarty books: Big Little Lies, and What Alice Forgot.

@hellobeeboston: thanks. I can't believe you liked listening to all the light we cannot see though! It took me 13 hours to get into it! Ha. And then the day after I finished I found out it won the Pulitzer and I wondered if I would have liked it more had I read it instead.

@birdofafeather: oh really?! Yeah I liked it a lot!! Took a bit to get into it, but yeah, I did wish I actually read that one instead of listening. But I'm in the car for 2.5-3 hrs a day so I have A LOT of listening time.
Big little lies is fun, very light listening and I liked the narrator.
The Martian is fun so far! I've laughed aloud a couple times.
