So I caved and POAS today...BFN
At most I'm 10dpo though so I guess it's not over until AF shows! It has been raining BFPs on this thread though so really happy for everyone I've got a question; does anyone elses cycle lengths vary each month? Mine are most commonly 26 or 27 days, but I'll often get a 24 or 28 day thrown in there. Just wondering how normal this is? Also, if they vary, does this mean ovulation varies or just the LP?

@illumina: mine seem to be varying also. First cycle post b/c was 42 days, second was 32, and right now I'm on CD 38. I haven't tested yet though. I don't have any symptoms so I'm wondering if its going to be another 42 day cycle this time. I'm feeling very PMS-y though so I think she's right around the corner for me! sorry for your bfn!

@illumina: My cycle varies every month. It can be as short as 29 days or as long as 36 days. LP is almost always 10 days for me though. I think LPs are more consistent than cycles, generally. Good luck!

@illumina: thats early so don't count yourself out at all! I have had cycles that vary by a few days here and there. I don't temp or use opk's, only tracked EWCM to determine ovulation.
I felt like AF was coming with lots of cramping but rather got a positive so GOOD LUCK & fingers crossed for you!! Test again soon!! @JennyLayneAZ: are you going to test? Good luck

@jh524: I don't temp either, so all I'm going on is CM. I swear I only used to have 1-2 days of it, but now I have like 4-5. When you say you are using it to track ovulation, when do you think you O? I always read it was the last day...but I've read other things since about it being the day the EWCM is most abundant, which isn't the last day for me.

@illumina: this cycle I literally only had EWCM for 1 day! And it was two days past my "fertile days" according to my Period tracker. If you have 4-5 days of it, I would DTD on the first day it arrives and every other day after that. If your really serious about getting KU, I'd do it every day you have EGCM!!! Lol Get it on girl! Lol

@jh524: I haven't decided yet! If AF doesn't show today or tomorrow, I might. I've felt like I've had PMS for the last week and a half, so I feel like AF should've arrived by now. And I had some cramping off and on for a couple of days but then nothing. I'll keep you updated!

@TrailRunner: Well... the plan was to wait until tomorrow morning, but I'm way too impatient. I just tested with a FRER and a 2 hour hold, BFN
I know it wasn't a super long hold but I feel like if I were pregnant it would be showing up well by now, especially since AF was due on Aug 8.
Still no AF, lots of cramping on and off.
Now the big Q- do I take my last FRER tomorrow morning or wait until Monday and see what happens? -

Started trying to chart this month and paid careful attention to CM. Got my first ever OPK yesterday and I was SUPER excited!! Temp isn't agreeing with the CM and OPK but I'm really hoping I'm on the right track here. Just wanted to thank everyone for the info and help on charting! Fertility Friend has been so informative!

@TrailRunner: No, not tracking anything. I use an app, but I always have, it's moreso because I forget when AF is due.
DH and I agreed we would give it until fall before we get really 'serious' about it. Been off of BC since April...
I'm having lots of cramps now, it would be just like AF to show up after I pee on an expensive stick lol. -

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: thanks for the info!!! I couldn't stop smiling when I got my smiley yesterday!! It was my first smiley with an OPK so it was a relief that things appear to be in working order.
Of course it had to be on a day/night that my husband wasn't here but all was well with trying the day before and should be tonight! Fingers crossed and congratulations to you!!!

Testing tomorrow afternoon when I get up! Eeeeeeeeeee! It's been a pretty normal 2 weeks since I totally forgot to jinx myself and symptom spot lol. I've had weird cramping CD 7-9 and horrible lower back pain on CD 9 too. I usually don't cramp until AF is due, so Tuesday? My Endo wants me to test as soon as possible to adjust my thyroid meds early on! Good vibes for me Bees
