@pui : I thought I was about 15 dpo today (not completely sure since I didn't chart this month). Maybe I O'd later than I thought and still have a chance!

@cookie_dough: You definitely do! It's not over until AF rears her ugly head!

I put you back on the list to POAS tomorrow, is this alright?

well it's only been 2 days and my symptom spotting has already started. noticed i get a mild pain/twinge near my right ovary every time i sneeze so of course i immediately took to google! this is gonna be another looooong tww haha!

@heybrookeashley: Sneeze pain is a good sign!

My temp went 0.10 degrees lower this morning, but it's still above the coverline. I'm still not ready to accept I actually O'd. I am so afraid that tomorrow it's going to go way down and my coverline will disappear like what happened to me before...

On the other hand, my temps do look different than they did earlier.

@pui: assuming you O'd (which I totally believe!) what DPO are you estimating?

  8. pui

    bananas / 9899 posts

@runnerd: I'm currently at 4DPO. FF is recommending I test at 19DPO which I plan on sticking to... I hate BFNs and I would rather AF just show up. I may cave and test earlier... but I'm going to wait until at least 14DPO.

  9. mlm2934

@pui: 19 DPO? dang... FF is hardcore about avoiding false negatives

  10. cookie_dough

    kiwi / 619 posts

@pui: that's definitely alright and my fingers are crossed that your temp goes back

@heybrookeashley: I'm the worst symptom spotter! If my big toe hurt I would probably Google whether or not it was a pregnancy symptom hope the sneeze pain is a good sign!

@runnerd: Well I think it's mostly because I have no LP data yet lol, so it's just assuming I have a super long one.

  13. PEAPIE

@pui: Don't worry! It still looks good! My first two charts I had fall-back-rises. So it was always a few days of 'did I or didn't I?' It was nerve-wracking.

@buttermilk: I had that pain for the first time yesterday! I wondered if its possible to pull a muscle while sneezing!?

  14. mlm2934

    grapefruit / 4311 posts

@buttermilk: haha, I try my best to ignore my body for the first 5 days post-O but its so hard!

@dandelion oh no don't encourage me lol!

@runnerd samesies but when I feel lil twinges it is so hard! although I felt twinges for like a week during last tww and that resulted in a bfn

DH keeps jokingly calling me his "maybe mama" instead of baby mama lol

Also for reference to all I just changed my username from heybrookeashley to buttermilk! hoping this is a bit more discreet!

@FaithFertility: IUI isn't really painful at all. Maybe a 1. I have some scarring on my cervix that causes it to be a bit uncomfortable getting the catheter in so maybe that part is a 4. Overall, totally worth it if we get our miracle baby

Got my coverline today! http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/LizSmith17 My first one! It makes me so happy. I have a cousin with severe fertility issues, and of course I'm aware of all the bees with trouble, so ovulating feels like such a gift. I definitely don't take it for granted.

I'm also strangely at peace with the TWW right now, probably because I'm focused on the move. Hoping I can maintain this and not drive myself nuts! I can't symptom spot since I never really stopped having them this month (as I mentioned, oh, 15 pages back? I can't believe we're 21 pages in!), so maybe that'll actually help.

@cookie_dough: You're not out yet! Fingers crossed for you!

@pui: Your chart still looks good, even with a small drop. Look at some of the charts on FF, it's pretty normal for those kinds of fluctuations to happen. I'm still rooting for everything being perfect!

@LovelyPlum: Why did you need the hsg, if you don't mind my asking? They never mentioned anything like that with my m/c.

Hi ladies! I've been stalking this thread but haven't yet posted. I'm currently in the TWW (1st cycle trying) and I'm driving myself nuts. I'm not currently charting but according to FF they estimate I O'd (hope I'm getting all these abbreviations correct!) between July 29 - 31st (CD 15 - 17). We BD on CD 13, 14, 17 & 21. Yesterday I was getting mild cramps - even though AF isn't suppose to arrive until 8/14 - and some bloody CM. This morning I took a FRER and it was BFN I'm estimating that I'm probably 11 DPO at this point so I'm feeling like it's probably not going to happen this cycle Bummed because this would have been perfect timing to conceive with my teaching schedule.

It's been great being able to read this thread since I haven't told anyone in real life we are TTC.

@Alexandra603: It's not over until the fat lady (in this case Aunt Flo) sings!

When are you planning to POAS again? You still have a lot of time before AF is expected!

  22. Alexandra603

@PUI thank you! I'll take all the hope I can get Yes, planning to test on Sunday again.

    @Alexandra603: Maybe you tested early.

  24. pui

    bananas / 9899 posts

@Alexandra603: I would guess that you are actually a little earlier than 11DPO since you say AF is coming on the 14th... How long are you cycles normally?

  25. mlm2934

    grapefruit / 4311 posts

@Alexandra603: definitely don't count yourself out esp since not sure of O date!

  26. Alexandra603

    cherry / 160 posts

You ladies are sweet! I know I'm not out but it's hard when you read about people getting BFP at 8,9, 10 DPO. My test was sooo white this morning! I couldn't even convince myself there was a faint line there.

@PUI my cycles are usually 30 days

  27. littlek

    GOLD / squash / 13576 posts

@Alexandra603: If you can wait, it's better to wait until your actual missed period.

  28. pui

    bananas / 9899 posts

@Alexandra603: The LP is usually around 14 days long, so you could still be at 9DPO which is very early! It's hard to say since you're not sure of O, but don't give up hope!

  29. Alexandra603

    cherry / 160 posts

@LittleK I know, I know - but it's so hard! I feel like I'm kind of obsessed with it and spend way too much time thinking about it. Thankful to have boards like this to calm my crazy a little bit.

ladies - do you think it's worth it to buy the FF membership? I had one before...I'm keeping track of temps and medications I take, and OPKs, but no other symptoms. Should I keep using the free one for this cycle or buy one?

  31. Torchwood

    pomelo / 5607 posts

@mfa_lady: Thanks. I figured I'd be driving myself nuts, so I'm happy to be calm!

@babycanuck: I'm wondering the same thing. It seems like a waste to pay for a year if it doesn't take long, but I'd like to have it.

@Alexandra603: You're not out yet! Fingers crossed for you!

  32. pui

@pui: I think my body wants to be just like you - I got another positive OPK today. (That makes 3 in a row.)

While the first day wasn't exactly a great line (though the digi smiley face appeared.) Yesterday and today were VERY strong lines.

Does anyone else have positive OPKs over a few days?

  35. PEAPIE

    apricot / 344 posts

@babycanuck: FF gave me a choice of doing a three month purchase... so I did that in the spirit of being optimistic!

@sweetkeight: I am so bad at OPKs. But I know others have said it's totally possible. And then they've also said that means you could be releasing multiple eggies! Yikes! (Might need a fact check on that one)

I'm so crampy-pinchy-twingy today... please let this be a good sign. Ugh.

  37. Torchwood

@sweetkeight: One thing I read said it can be that your body is trying to ovulate and struggling a bit. So the hormones stay elevated while it keeps trying?
