@CharityAnne: @littleveesmommy: Congrats ladies
@mrs. 64: aw I hope it works it self out soon and you're back on a normal track

@sweetkeight: So discarding the temp for CD17 doesn't change things? Sleep could definitely do it - if you're getting different amounts of sleeping, waking up at significantly different times (6am vs. 10am). Do you sleep with your mouth open? Temp before getting out of bed? Trying to think of everything possible, LOL!

@mrs. 64: Oh honey, I'm hoping for AF for you... it's so hard waiting for things to get 'back' to normal...I'm sorry, darlin'

@LindsayInNY: Thanks, friend! *giggle* I really appreciate the help!
I always temp at 7am (almost, there were 2 days where I didn't temp until 7:45.) I do sleep my mouth open for the most part. And I do temp prior to moving or talking. It's right there on my nightstand, just waiting for me to hit the alarm and temp.
I've read a couple of places that it might be an indicator of progesterone issues. Has anyone heard that?
ETA: I just removed the manual O from my chart and discarded the one temp. FF still has crosshairs at CD16... so weird.

@charityanne: YAY! such great news! congrats, mama!
i saw you said you were 17 dpo - how long are your cycles, usually?
pomelo / 5607 posts
@sweetkeight: Progesterone is the main (or only?) cause of the temp increase, so it makes sense that not seeing much of one could indicate issues. You might ask your doctor, since they can give you supplements. Progesterone issues can make it hard to get/stay pregnant, so I would want to get it checked out so I wouldn't worry about it.

@sprite: Thank you! It really does help (and btw, your chart is so pretty!)
@torchwood: Thanks, I appreciate the confirmation! I'm headed in next cycle to discuss it with my RE.

@sweetkeight: The mouth open part could be a factor. I know there are other people who have posted about that (can't remember who now, of course...). The time, for me, doesn't usually make a HUGE difference until it's much earlier/later than usual. I wake up at 5:30am most days and as long as I temp between 4:45 and 6:45, I'm usually relatively accurate. I have read that progesterone is what causes the temp spike post-O so that could be an issue? Have you been to the doctor at all - for a yearly exam or anything?

@sweetkeight: sorry, stalking the thread. My friend who charted and was a mouth-open sleeper temped vaginally - it was the only way to get a consistent temp. There's just too much sway in environmental factors otherwise.

Update: my 2 DPO cramps were totally a raging UTI. I'm on antibiotics now and feel much better. Guess we got a little over zealous with the BD this month.

@pui: I forgot to comment... Your BD storm meme made me spew my water as I was walking into the dr.'s office yesterday. Too funny.

@mrshoneybear Oh no I hope the antibiotics kick in soon. UTI's are the worst feeling (I just had one earlier this month for the same reasons hahaha). And thanks for the well wishes!
@mrs.64 Thanks so much! I'm hoping your cycle gets back on track too. *hug*
@pui Thanks!!! And it's awesome that you'll be meeting with an RE soon. I'd also like to hear your experience with the AMH test. And LOL on the BD storm!!!!!!

Thanks again to all you awesome ladies!!! All of your support and warm wishes are much appreciated! I have been on cloud 9 pretty much all day! It doesn't feel real yet at all! I wanted it to happen so bad this month because I really wanted an April baby. There are no April birthdays in my family and my sister's birthday, my birthday, and our anniversary are all in May so this is completely perfect! Good luck and baby dust to all of the other ladies this month! I will still be stalking this thread for more
!!!

@mfa_lady: My cycles are usually anywhere from 29-31 days each month. Sometimes AF came a day or two early, but a lot of the time it would be a full calendar month...which is why I had counted myself out because I was sure she would come yesterday!

Hi ladies, is it too late for a newcomer to join? I am newly trying for #2 but as I'm still breastfeeding, I haven't been able to technically ttc since my cycle may or may not have returned. However, I think I am about to ovulate so I know I'll be POAS like crazy in a couple weeks.
Cycles Trying: NTNP since May but this is technically the first time trying.
Current Cycle Day: Maybe around CD 14
Estimated Ovulation Date: 8/14?
POAS Date: Probably 8/26. I know I should wait until 14 DPO but I got an early bfp last time
BD Timing: Every other day (worked better than every day last time)
Anything new or extra this cycle? Using opk and actually having a clue that I might be ovulating.
Link to your chart (if you have one and want to share). None - I'm still not sleeping through the night unfortunately.

@FaithFertility: Awwww! Good to know it doesn't count me out. Don't get my hopes up!!! For some reason I keep telling myself this is not our month. I think just trying to to psych myself up. We'll soon see if I got more than a UTI from all this hoolala,
