I don't really keep track of LO's age in weeks anymore but she is 21 weeks old. When did you stop tracking in weeks or months?

I never use weeks anymore. Just months and half months - ie. I'll say "She's 9 months old" or "She's just about 9 and a half months old."

Same as @Rubies. I just say 6 1/2 months. I think around 12 weeks I stopped using weeks and went to months.

We go by months and half months as well. I stopped using weeks once he hit 12 weeks old. I have a friend from high school who always refers to her sons age in weeks...he's somewhere in the 30s now.

I think I stopped counting in weeks after she turned 2 months old. When people ask how old LO is now I'll tell her 13 months. She'll be 14 months tomorrow!
I have no idea when I'll stop counting months. -
@chopsuey119: I thought you were going to stop the months after 13? Starting tomorrow you have to say, "She's one year and 2 months." LOL.

my baby is 5 weeks + and I think I will stop counting in weeks once she is 3 months old

I had thought of starting a thread about this!
Once my son got to be about 2-3 months I started switching to mos. He is 13 weeks right now, but I say 2 months. In two weeks, I'll say 2 1/2 months.

@Sweet T: that is sooo confusing! I feel like once you get to about 12 weeks, it's too hard to keep it straight. Then I mentally start doing math to try to figure out how old the kid is. Too much work!

I stopped after a month, then I just used months. After a year I'll probably just say she's one. I'm bad at keeping up with that stuff.

I did weeks until about 12 weeks then months until 18 months. Then I switch to years
