Stir fry or homemade egg drop soup. Scrambled eggs too if I'm really trying to get rid of it.

Stir fry. If you can't eat it all, freeze it before it goes bad

Sauté a ton of garlic in evoo, drop baby boo Choy in, drizzle soy sauce and sugar and let cook. At the end I add oyster sauc and a little more soy. LOVE baby bok choy!
