My BIL is getting married next month and I'm having trouble finding an infant boys "dress" outfit for my (will be) 9 month old. Everything I have found is either way too dressy (tuxedo) or way too casual. Where have you shopped for Special Occasion clothes for your LO?

how formal is the wedding? is it during the day or evening? i don't think people have high expectations of a baby at a wedding as far as their dress.

I think a button down collared shirt and kahkis is totally dressy enough for a baby. Ralph Lauren has tons of options.

I totally agree with you but since it's my BIL's wedding and there will be professional family pics - I feel like he should sort of "match" the rest of the party. Tan tuxes..
I liked the gap outfit, just feel it needs to be a bit "dressier"
Girls are so much easier to dress for these kind of occasions.

Ralph Lauren does a khaki sport coat that they have in 9m size. Pair that with a white collared shirt and khaki pants and I think he'd match pretty well!

if you want to fancy him up a little you could do something with a jacket for pictures. OMG this is to die for! it's a little $$ but so cute!

If you are willing to spend the money, Wooden Soldier is great (but expensive). http://www.woodensoldier.com/index.aspx My mom bought my son's Easter outfits from there and we loved a plain linen romper from there. For weddings earlier than that, I just went to Carter's and bought some khaki corduroys pants and a white collared "button-up" onesie that worked great.
