My LO woke up this morning with a stuffed up nose and just looks miserable. How can I help her feel better until I get her to the doctor?

There are two things you can try to clear the sinuses.
1) hang out in the bathroom with the shower on super hot and hang out in the steam.
2) but the saline drops/spray for babies. Try that and see if it helps clear it up.Another thing to do while recovering are to elevate the head of the bed so that the sinuses drain down (and don't cause an ear infection).

Saline + bulb or nose frida. Babies hate it, but it does make them feel better after they stop screaming ...

I agree with previous posts! saline spray and nose frieda! when my LO was stuffed up I kept her nasal passages clear with the nose frieda. life saver!

Instead of tissue, boogies wipes are much softer on the nose. They also contain saline solution.

besides the above, baby vicks on the chest. heard wonders about putting it on their feet, then covering with socks, but never tried it myself.

boogie wipes, snot sucker, keep everything moisturized, and throw all sleep/nap training out the window and hold them while they sleep... that's the cure!

Poor baby
my LO has the worst cough and chest congestion now. Nothing seems to be working, any other tips to calm her violent coughing fits?
