We just cleaned out baby's nose because she's been congested, but just now it started to sound like it might be more in her chest. Any thoughts on how to deal with chest congestion vs. nose stuffiness?

There isn't a whole lot that you can do besides keep a humidifier in the room.

It's very normal in a newborn. I second the humidifier suggestion. You could also try to let her sleep elevated a bit.
