My DD hasn't had a BM in 10 hours and is quite fussy. Usually she goes poo after every feeding session. I am thinking she is constipated?
What do you do when your baby is constipated?

A breastfed baby might only poop every few days, and even going many more than a few days is within the range of normal. Maybe she'll be one of those?
Did you try bicycles with her legs? I do that to help with gas and would imagine that it's therefore good for all the needs of bowels. (I make the bent knee go all the way up to squishing his belly. I do some fast for a while, then slow ones, and then holding each for 10 seconds. Nico loved it and it worked during the week when he was fussy because of gas.

My lo has always been a once a day pooper, so that seems normal to me.

My Dr. said constipation isn't about timing, that its do to with texture/consistency. She also mentioned what cvbee said about breastfed babies not pooping as much as their digestion matures.

Wow, that is crazy! Up until today she pooped about 6 times a day if not more. Maybe her digestive system is maturing... because so far today it has only been once!
She just went through her 6 week growth spurt... I have heard that some babies come out on the other side of this spurt as completely different babies... maybe this is the case with her! weird.

Yup, around 6 weeks my lo went from going multiple times a day to once every few days. He can go up to 3-4 days without pooping, but when he does it's a lot!

About 6 weeks is when my LO stopped pooing all the time too. She's normally twice a day.
She did get constipated once when we switched formula brands. It was obvious. She still pooed a little but it was solid and she was screaming and cranky and really gassy.
