I hope I put this under the right category!
Moms that dedicated your baby boy, what did you have them wear? Everything I'm seeing is geared towards baby girls and totally adorable, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable dressing my son in a gown for his dedication.
Any ideas?

I think this is what we are getting for O's baptism...not sure if this would be appropriate for a dedication!

Don't have a pic on my phone but my son was one and he needed something a little more grown up than the norm. He wore a little white linen button down shirt and white linen pants and a little light blue cardigan over it. It was perfect.

I looked high and low for our son. But ours was in January, so ultimately I bought cream cords and a cream cable knit sweaster from baby gap. He wore pale blue socks. It wasn't what I went in looking for, but I liked it. They have some nice white dress shirts that are soft and cozy too..that was my second choice, just didn't fit as we'll at the time.

Our church is a lot less formal - we did cargos and a button down shirt for DS's dedication.

@chopsuey119: aw thanks his cheeks have always been pretty red! He has keratosis pilaris on his cheeks but it gives him a glow. As he gets older they're getting a bit less so

our church is more casual too, so he just wore dark khaki shorts, a blue button up oxford, and no shoe/socks!
