I've seen her picture so many times on my Facebook feed. I don't understand how she hasn't been identified yet. Wouldn't there be someone that is looking for her??

Ugh, this is everywhere around here. So sad, but what a surprise (not) they arrested mom and her boyfriend. Like every other child murder.

People did notice she was missing - the neighbors assumed CPS had taken her into custody. It doesn't surprise me when people don't notice a kid missing though....it's sad, but there are just so many horrific parents out there, and most of them don't come from happy close families and extended circles of friends and relatives who seem to notice or care when little ones go missing.

@yoursilverlining: yeah I saw people thought she was taken away by protective services, which makes sense but you would think when it was all over the news, they would have reported it. But you are right, it's not like she seems to have come from a good happy family or supportive circle of friends. She lived like 20 minutes away from me and looks like any kid I could see at library story time or the playground or whatever- but no one was taking her to those. It just hits so close to home. DH and I both just kept looking at our 2 year old trying to figure out how someone could do that.
