I reeeeally wanted an expensive stroller but DH put his foot down at spending $1000 on a stroller. I was bummed at the time but now I'm so glad we didn't - L hates the stroller so we've used our Chicco travel system maybe five times max. I wish we had just bought the snap and go instead!
Anything you're glad, in hindsight, that you didn't buy?

I'm glad that in general, i didn't buy a lot of baby gear. We borrowed a lot of stuff from friends, like a bouncer, jumperoo, clothing, etc.
You may not have gotten the stroller, but at least you got the anywhere chair.

We borrowed a swing, bouncer and pack and play. DS liked the bouncer for some time but not long.
I didn't have any other jumperoo, walker or anything like that. He ended up walking early and I don't think he would have liked them for more than about a month.
I wish I would have gotten a cheaper crib.

An expensive Oeuf crib. I really wanted it but we got a Baby Cache crib from BRU instead!

Expensive new furniture- we ended up finding a beautiful set on kijiji that was about 4 years old but in amazing almost new shape and I love it.

I'm glad we didn't buy expensive furniture (crib, dresser, etc). I DO wish we had purchased a nice glider though with my son.

@autumnlove: Oh yah, i forgot about the crib! I wanted this really nice AIO crib that was marked down to $400 which is actually pretty reasonable, but i decided to get a nicer mattress instead. I'm actually glad we didn't spend that much considering she was in a bassinet for the first 3-4 months!

I wish I hadn't bought the swing, bouncy seat, and jumperoo for my daughter, but then my son loved them! So, at least one baby got a use out of them.

@autumnlove: I sold the Bob on craigslist!!!!!! No double for us. No more stroller buying! 
We have a Maclaren volo and a universal snap and go.
