We did this when J was very little. It worked really well, and was suggested by our pediatrician.

@coacheswife123: just 3-5 drops. A little goes a long way. And we always use lotion right after the bath, and as part if his bedtime routine.

We did this when DS was really little too. Sometimes we rubbed it on right after the bath while skin was still damp and before applying lotion to help lock in moisture.

I never thought about doing this! My LO's skin is always sooo dry after baths -- we haven't been bathing him much because of it. I'll definitely try this next time.

This is a good idea. We put it on after his baths if he's really dry, and do lotion twice per day as a part of his routine. His skin got a lot better once I started doing lotion that often. We also only bathe him 2-3 times per week.

Yep, LO has/had eczema. 8-10 drops of oil in the water and then I'd try to rub it into her skin.

I never thought of that! I wonder if coconut oil in the tub wouldh work?

We use this and it helped soften Lo's skin. His skin is very sensitive and he has eczema but this product worked well for us so it's part of his bath routine.
