So one of my best friends lives abroad in a country where baby showers are not done. I'm putting together a baby shower in a box to send to her. Basically a care package of small / light items for the baby. I want to add one more small item but I'm out of ideas and hoping for some suggestions. Here is what I have so far:
cotton sleeper
3 piece outfit
headbands with bows
hats and socks
Sophie the giraffe
a book
wubbanub
Any suggestions for one more small and light item?

I'm a fan of toy/Sophie/pacif leashes! A baby vanity kit (w/nail clippers, comb, thermometer) are also useful and pretty light!

Maybe something for mom, like nipple cream? Or maybe a few burp cloths?

I second a book, they might be kind of expensive if she is in a non-English speaking country. My other thought was something festive that would be at a shower, but could be usedas nursery decoration, like a pennant banner with the baby's name.
