LO has been up all night fussing and I'd been nursing him when he fussed, which got him to calm down and drift off to sleep. Well, he just threw up on me. A lot of vomit. I had just change his diaper and was carrying him to the other room and he threw up enough that it went all down my shirt, my legs, down my back (I had him on my shoulder) and onto the floor.

He doesn't have a fever and isn't lethargic. He nursed for about 5 minutes after I got us cleaned up and is laying next to me (he dozed off in the football hold on the boppy) smiling in his sleep. He occasionally opens his eyes, smiles, then closes them again. He seems fine but it was ALOT of vomit, way more than just spitting up.

Should I be worried? Should I call his ped?
