If you did it, which carrier did you use, and did you like it? Also, how late did you carry till?
I wear LO at least twice daily and would like to continue as long as I can but feel like the front carry in my Ergo might not be practical once there is a bump...
DD is currently 18 months but she's light for her age.

I would just back carry in the ergo if that's what you like 
I baby wore pretty much daily in a wrap or MT until 32 weeks or so and have worn him maybe once or twice a week since then (currently 39 weeks) He's 32lbs

I haven't tried DD in the ergo in awhile now that she's walking well (also, she's fairly gigantic), but I would think a back carry in the ergo would work as long as the strap goes under your bump like a seatbelt would. I guess getting her in there could be uncomfortable, but usually if she stands behind me on the seat of the car/couch/bed/etc. it's not too tricky. I'm 14 weeks right now and think a front carry would already be uncomfortable, but I bet a side carry would work. I debated trying it out this morning in the rain so I could carry more things + an umbrella, but decided to just run instead. I do think that as long as you keep doing it, it won't be too difficult to continue, but if you stop for a few weeks and your bump grows, it might be weird starting up again!

@junebugmama: Do you think à wrap is easier? Did you use it yo front carry? One of my worries is keeping her warm in the Canadian winter. I had à coat that fit around both of us but it won't work with back carry. But by then I'll be fairly big so front carry would probably be out
@tororojo: That's interesting to know it's already uncomfortable... Yes I think getting her into à back carry would be hard but maybe I'll start practicing now. I'm only 4 weeks so have a while to master it

@travelgirl1: If you haven't mastered the back carry, now is totally the time! I need a mirror or car window used as a mirror to make sure she's in there and that it's securely pulled up over her back before I let go of her arms, but it's pretty easy. Definitely practice now while you can move around well!

@travelgirl1: I could wear him over my belly, but I usually wore him on my back. It may be worth investing in a baby wearing coat. I also have had friends buy panchos and alter the neck lines. The ergo can also be worn in a hip carry. I wore him in a ring sling until 6 months along or something
