My LO is fighting a horrendous cold and we are loving the Nosefrida as a solution for clearing out his stuffy nose. And by "we", I guess I mean "I",. My husband thinks it's absolutely gross and said he was going to throw up the first time he saw me use it.
Do you use the nosefrida? Do you like it or think it's gross?

Yes! Most used baby item since my son started daycare 2 mos ago! My husband won't use it either.....though he tolerates many gross things.

I actually registered for one and then my mom shamed me out of taking it off the registry. She was all, ugh, it's so gross! So I took it off. Flash forward to LO's first cold two weeks ago and our aspirator from the hospital broke (like, split in half) and didn't work that well anyway. I ended up paying for Amazon to ship me a NoseFrida overnight and I'm so glad I did. We are going to get our money's worth out of that thing! It's awesome. And I made sure to tell my mom that she was wrong

I showed this to DH on Sat at the baby store when we were paying for the nursery furniture. He thought that it was so nasty. But the girls working told him it is one of their best sellers and it works the best out of anything. I have a feeling it will be a Mommy job. Lucky me!

@winniebee: Totally! My husband is not grossed out by poop or spit up or anything else, but the nosefrida - he gags at the sight of it. So weird!

Luckily neither my husband nor I minded using the nose frieda. It is seriously one of the best items we had for my son.

I have the Baby Comfy Nose which is similar (uses tissue instead of a filter) and I love it! My oldest fights me but he eventually lets me use it on him. My youngest is started to not like it but he'll let me use it for now... It's one of the best inventions out there for kids (they probably don't think so!) and parents.

It's gross but a necessity. LO has a cold and cough right now so we've been using it daily...she used to love it and now she hates it.

I dont think its gross, its just snot.. no big deal. its a lot less gross thn regular nose bulbs that can't be cleaned 100% properly

We love the Nose Frida!! Many a poor little stuffed nose has been cleared in our house with it!
And can I please tell you, that company that makes them has the BEST customer service- I lost the red mouthpiece somehow, emailed the company to try to find out where to buy another one and they shipped me the part for free. I think it came like two days later.
My husband actually thinks clearing out the boogies is some ridiculously fun game.

We're at the end of our first bad cold, and I'm going to pick one of these up as soon as possible! The bulb has worked until now, but it just wasn't as effective and I needed it to be.
