LO has been feverish for a day...103, 100, 102.3, 101, 103. We have been giving her Tylenol along with her antibiotic for her ear infection. I'm starting to worry and will call her Dr. when they open at 7.

Poor baby. Have you tried lukewarm baths to help bring the temp down, too?

Even just a cool washcloth can really help!
Hope she feels better soon. Also, you may want to try a dose or two of Motrin to see if the fever responds better to that.
Remember a fever is just a sign of fighting infection so as long as its controlled it may not be an issue, but I still agree its good to let your dr know.
