I'm looking for a good baby wrap to carry my little one the problem is I have some lower back pain and some along the shoulders due to prior accidents. With my last baby I had several baby carriers and they all inflamed my old injuries. Currently I'm looking at the Moby wrap. Has anyone who has back pain used it? Or does anyone have other suggestions on good brands?

I would go with a woven wrap because of the versatility, you can experiment to find a carry that doesn't aggravate your back. You can do front, back, or hip carries and dozens of variations of all of those.

I used Ergo, but the thing that helped with my back pain was personal training to rebuild all of the back muscle that had hunched me up and pulled me forward during pregnancy, and then any carrier worked a lot better! Pp back pain sucks!

Agree with @Arden: on going with a woven wrap. They are far more supportive than stretchy wraps and you'll get a lot more long-term use out of one (stretchy wraps are really only good up to 15lbs, whereas wovens can be used from newborn to infinity!). There are also an endless number of carries you can do so you should be able to find some that don't bother your injuries.

This is a structured carrier, not a wrap, but Becos supposedly put more weight on your hips compared to other carriers.
