Have you ever sprinkled baking soda on your toothpaste to enhance your teeth whitening? I looked in the mirroe yesterday and I swear my teeth arent as white as they were before I had the baby. Maybe because I dont brush as frequently? I have no idea but I want to try the baking soda thing nto sure if it will irritate my gums.

I used to use baking soda all the time as a kid (my mom was a dental assistant) - I don't remember it ever irritating my gums, (although yours may be more sensitive if you're pg).

@MsLipGloss: Oh ok thats good to know. No I am not pregnant I am breastfeeding though but I dont think it matters.

i use arm and hammer toothpaste and i love it!
