Does anyone have a great BB cream that they use? I have a total makeup noob, but want to try some. Especially light, almost colourless cover. Does this exist?

I use Loreal Paris Magic Skin BB Beautifier BB Cream. I use the lightest shade. It doesn't do as much as other BB creams claim to but it's really a nice tinted moisturizer and it's only around $8.

@Boopers: Wow-with that price you really can't go wrong. Might need to head to Shoppers to pick some up!

Kind of? Another product I use which technically isn't bb cream but is very similar and definitely more sheer is Laura Mercier's illuminating tinted moisturizer.

I've used Smashbox's BB cream and I loved loved loved the look! But alas I started to break out badly and I had to give it up. Now I'm afraid to try other brands. I have heard Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer is great!

I use Garnier. I don't wear it very often, but when I do I feel polished even though it really doesn't add much in the way of color. Just sort of...evens everything out without feeling heavy.

I might see if I can find either of those to give them a go. I am a little tired of feeling (and looking) like a tired, frumpy SAHM. I need to look slightly more polished in my lulus!

I used to use Bobbi browns tinted moisturizer and loved it. I used the oil free one.

I got the CVS version of the garnier one. Like pther's said, I don't where it everyday, but when I do I feel polished. I got it for like $5 after sales and coupons. My only issue is how thick it is, but I just moisturize before as well.

Like a few others have said, if you want something sheer, I'd go with a tinted moisturizer over a BB cream. I love Laura Mercier's. If you really do want a BB cream anyway, my favorite is Diorskin Nude BB. It's perfection.

I also grabbed the cheap Garnier one. It works well, not a lot of color and does look great on my skin.

I've tried many, and my absolute favorite is Olay's new BB cream. I think it's called Fresh Effects.

i use laura mercier's tinted moisturizer too! feels really light and looks like i'm not wearing anything at all, but makes the redness around my nose go away.

@woodentulip: there have been about 2-3 bb cream treads if you search for them all with great suggestions! I looked here first and then headed to Walgreens. I bought neutrogena bb cream and garnier and compared, I really like the garnier one!

I really like the maybelline dream BB cream, its only about $8. It's my first and only BB cream to try and I'm pretty impressed. Can't wait to try others.
