Did your BBT keep going up after your BFP? My temp seems to be going back down ... It's still .6 above my coverline, and maybe it'll just flirt around this temp for a few days. Oh yeah, this morning, I got my BFP after our first month of relaxing & not trying so hard. So excited!!

Congratulations! As soon as I got my BFP, I put my thermometer away because I knew I would go crazy over temp fluctuations. So, I have nothing to say about if my temp did go down and up (which I assume it may have), but I did want to extend my congratulations!

Congrats!! I temped the day of and the day after my BFP, but that's it. I knew I would be over analyzing every dip and it would have made me crazy.

Congratulations on your BFP!
I'm still temping 5 days after mine, but that's because I had a small bleeding episode so I wanted to monitor things just a little longer.
My temps have been bouncing up and down very regularly within a small (elevated) range, but I've seen pregnancy charts with temps that do all kinds of things. So don't sweat it! There is no standard pregnancy BBT pattern, just as there is no standard pre-O or LP pattern.

I kept temping for a few weeks after my BFP because I had a mc a couple months before. I was very nervous. I found that after my BFP my temperature fluctuated greatly which didn't help calm my nerves at all. So I took some good advice and put that thermometer away! Please do the same, or you'll make yourself crazy

I took everyone's advice, and haven't taken my temp since the morning of my BFP. I got my first HCG results yesterday, and I'm eagerly awaiting the numbers from the second. Thanks for the advice!

@marionberry: 1st Hcg was 44. 2nd was 123 at 48 hours. I'm just in my 5th week as of yesterday ... I have to wait until the 29th for my first appointment! I guess this is all just a matter of learning to be patient!

Those are fabulous numbers! No reason to worry about temp anymore at all. Yay! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months! Welcome to the ride lol.
