<< Beech-Nut Nutrition announced a recall of approximately 1,920 pounds of baby food products after a consumer found a small piece of glass in one of the products.

The recall, announced Tuesday on the website of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), involves 4-oz. glass jars containing “Stage 2 Beech-Nut CLASSICS sweet potato & chicken” that were produced on Dec. 12, 2014. >>
