Any suggestions on how to deal with dry nose/ stuffy nasal passages ? I keep blowing but nothing comes out so I think I may just be swollen and the inside is so dry it hurts. Ugh '

neti-pot for sure, sometimes if I feel like my sinuses are swollen I'll take a motrin to ease the swelling. And some sort of allergy med (allegra, claritin etc)

Get a saline spray. That keeps me more moist than a neti pot or saline rinse. I will sometimes do the others and then use the saline spray to keep it all moist.

Neti Pot at least once a day and put Aquaphor inside your nostrils.

@prettylizy: do you know if Claritin is safe while bf or if it will affect supply ??

@coacheswife123: honestly, not 100% sure. I did/do take store brand Loratadine occasionally when my allergies act up and haven't had any issues with it. My doc okay'd it and no supply changes either.

Definitely do a saline rinse. It should help clear the allergens in your nostril to make it feel better. It works really well for colds as well. Hope you find relief soon!

@coacheswife123: it's safe enough to take while pregnant. It's what I take, in addition to biweekly allergy shots.

@Jennimac: I do shots too ! This is the first time I've had the stuffy nose issues ! Normally my allergies only affect my eyes
