Hey, bees! We need a baby gate for the top of a 3-step staircase in our house. Which one do you love? I'd prefer white, if possible--but open to anything that'll be easy-to-use and safe. Thanks!

We have this Munchkin AutoClose gate in white. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004CLD3TI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 I ended up not liking the auto close feature so we put a little bungee around the post and first spindle to fix that. Otherwise, it's great.

It's at the top of our stairs to the basement and we've been very happy with it. It's really sturdy and I wanted a low-profile bar at the bottom to minimize tripping risks.

We have this one in white at the top of our stairs. We like it a lot. I think different stores carry different colors. We got ours through Kohl's online.

Sorry for the late reply @Mfa_Lady. I don't like the auto close because sometimes you want to keep the gate open, but can't. Like if the kids are not in the family room them I want to leave the gate open so the dog can go in and out. It's also helpful for the gate to stay open when I'm bringing in groceries.
