Anything with touch-and-feel parts (she tests to see if every book has something touchy, actually...), like the Bright Baby ones, That's Not My...(whatever). And anything lift-the-flap, like Dear Zoo, Where's Spot, etc.
We really like the Leslie Patricelli ones -- especially Toot! that one is hilarious -- because they have bright colors and simple pictures/words.
She also really really likes Baby Cakes! I think the rhythm of that one is appealing.

K only likes touch/feel or flip the flap books (Karen Katz). If they are "plain" board books, they have to be big and very colorful haha.

Mem Fox' Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes
That's Not My... (dragon seems to be the most popular, but we also have/like train and penguin)
Sandra Boynton's Barnyard Dance
Eric Carle's From Head to Toe
She likes doing the motions for the last two, the touch-and-feel of the That's Not series (which seems to have bigger/more diverse texture patches than other series), and for some reason that Fox book was a hit with both my girls.
