Do you follow MintArrow? It's a deal blog, mostly fashion but lots of baby stuff too. I know she's posted about Bob sales a lot so if you search her archives it might give you an idea of the best sale prices and when sales might occur. I got our single at a great deal when she posted about a sale!

My DH found a good deal on a single BOB through Kohl's two years ago around Mother's Day. I think we ended up paying around $325-350, but with their reward system and Kohl's Cash we got like $80 back. If we had a Kohl's card it would have been even cheaper. I would have never thought to look at Kohl's for a stroller like that! I think he used a website called slickdeals.net. They post more than baby things, but we've gotten great deals through that site. They post diaper sales all the time and tell people how to get the best/lowest price.
